(B) Taking Complete Physical Custodies u/s 13(4) of SARFAESI Act, of factories, Land & Building, Commercial Complexes, and Residential Premises which are mortgaged with the Banks & Financial Institutions.

(C) Acting as official Custodian of Secured Asset, Complete Maintenance, Locking up arrangement, Providing Complete Security watch & Vigil for the safe custody of Secured Assets till its final sale or settlement of NPA's

SALE OF SECURED ASSETS
We locate and identify the genuine buyers to dispose off the property taken into possession at the best
market price through Public Auction, inviting tenders and private treaty.

RECOVERY THROUGHOTS/COMPROMISE
We help the Banks to get recoveries by organizing compromise & settlement of dues through numerous meetings, liaison & bringing the Bank for an acceptable and comfortable one time compromise settlement of dues.

We accept direct Recovery Assignment from Banks & Financial Institutions where there is no Security involved.

DRT CASES
We represent the Banks in DRT and appellate authority & keep watch on progress of a case.

MANAGEMENT CONTROL AND REHABILITATION
The MDS Pvt. Ltd. can take up complete management control of an ongoing running unit of any size under the Provision of SARFAESI Act & Rules to ensure maximum recovery to a secured creditor. The Rehabilitation of a Unit can be undertaken after mutual discussions.
